OUR STORY

I wanted to create a place where everyone feels welcome, people from all cultures. A place where you feel the connection and where I can also make my Moluccan roots tangible: the warmth, the hospitality, the vibrancy of that culture. And of course the cuisine, which is top notch. During my travels through Asia, I prefer to eat at the food stands on the street. That's where I get my inspiration for creating fine dining dishes. Here on the terrace, I turn it around: we serve street food, but prepared with the techniques and sophistication of fine dining.

DAALDER STREET FOOD

On the waterfront of the Postjesweg, adjacent to the fine dining terrace Restaurant Daalder you will find the Daalder Streetfood Terrace. Here street food is served, but prepared with the techniques and sophistication of Daalder's fine dining dishes. What happens next is brilliant; you will be blown away by the Muku Fried Chicken, the double patty Smash Burger or Dennis' take on Flammkuche; Tarte Flambé with fresh tuna.

On this spacious terrace you eat the most delicious bites, but you can also go for a full dinner. Or are you just looking to cool down by the water and just want a drink? You are welcome to enjoy our champagnes, wines, spritz, cocktails or a freshly tapped beer; refreshment enough for all the hot days in Amsterdam.

And when it's rainy or a bit colder: no worries. Our terrace is roofed and heated when needed. See you at Daalder Streetfood!
